General knowledge about healthy food is becoming more well known because of the continuously progressing health movement. One of the most important health steps? Making sure you’re eating five servings of fruit and five servings of veggies– per day. That’s a lot, even for people who live and breathe health food (*cough* me.) Since my Acupuncturist told me to take a break from smoothies.. I’ve been having a really hard time incorporating enough veggies into my diet. There’s only so many salads a girl can eat.

But thankfully, while doing some research I came across Amazing Grass. This company is the bomb. They carry a wide variety of awesome products, they’re made with organic ingredients, kosher, vegan, Non-GMO, and gluten free!
